Took my iMac to him in late Sept/early Oct 2014. He still has it. Numerous emails sent, phone calls made, in person visits. Promised to try to repair for free then today wants to charge me $450 for a computer that is 7 years old despite the fact I have written correspondence saying only to fix it if it's reasonable given the age of the computer before he said he would try and fix it free. Has never phones or contacted me despite numerous promises to do so. Would strongly recommend using someone else. 6 months and a bill more than the computers worth and plain bad customer service.
