Have ordered quit a few items online from Matt over the last few years and he always has them well packed and in the mail quickly, the latest pedal which arrived yesterday was no exception. With service second to none, I can't recommend Matt and his Pedal Empire any more highly. Out of 10, he definitely goes to 11. \m/
