Very disappointed with the quality of the slipper and the after service from Rams. I was given ugg slippers for mothers day 2020. Within a fortnight one slipper began developing a hole in the toe, which has NEVER happened in any of my other footwear. The sheepskin at that point was very thin and wore through to make a hole in only a couple of weeks. When I phoned sydney rams about the hole i was told they took no responsibilty for the quality of the sheepskin, only for the stitching or the sole. So my family paid $80 for a gift to me which is of substandard quality and sydney rams refuse to provide a replacement pair. Poor quality and poor goodwill and customer relations.
