Carpet is good quality and looks great. Communication with the actual shop was not great. They never returned calls or emails. The installation was delayed by 4 days to originally quoted date. However, the installers (Ian and Tristan) were fabulous and efficient. They came really early and laid the carpet very professionally and quickly.
