Had to return my Nespresso machine because it started leaking from the inside and not something minor like a cracked tank. I asked for a refund as it seemed to be a somewhat major fault, they told me that they had the right to send it off to be inspected. A month later the machine finally returns repaired but I asked for a report from the repair Centre to determine if my initial request for a refund was possible. After three weeks there was no report so I sent a text message asking what happened. Apparently it should have been sent within days and I was promised it would finally be sent soon. It was never sent to me and a confused employee asked why I haven't collected my machine. Within about 15 minutes she was finally able to tell me it was a cracked inlet valve which might as well be the tank so I could finally conclude that it was only a minor fault and I can collect my machine. What an ordeal for something that should have been a simple process. If a team member named Jan pronounced 'yaan' promises you something make sure to get help from someone else unless you want empty promises and long wait times.
