First time ice skating with 2 small kids on the school holidays. I asked the staff if they could assist us. They were not helpful and rude. No one helped us with the boot sizing or fit, there were no helmets for my son and the guy just shrugged and walked off. For $65 for a family for 1.5 hrs I would have thought there would more helpful staff. Would try the Paradise Resort next time. There were some nice other skater on the ice that gave us some tips.
