Thank you so much for making this experience less stressful and horrible than I could ever have imagined possible. You have been non-judgemental and so sensitive to my situation and this has made me feel less guilt and shame than I was originally feeling. I can't believe how quickly and painlessly the process has been managed – a bit like having a tooth out: before you have time to get too stressed and anxious it is all over and you just feel an overwhelming relief!
I can't begin to thank you enough for your help and professional attitude. You have given me my life back – and I won't screw this chance up. I am still in un-chartered territory but I know I am safe and can start sleeping and looking forward to what each day offers instead of waking up each morning worrying about what can go wrong next.
