Very Unprofessional! I had made my appointment in person ( for the next week) and they had agreed that my hair could be straightened and trimmed. When I arrived for that appointment, I was told it was not possible in a very unclear, broken English that I could barely understand. When I asked why, they spoke amongst themselves in Korean for a while before telling me "not possible". I'm not impressed!!!! Wasting my time. Very rude, no apologies offered. Poor customer service. Very typical!! I will definitely not be going there.
