I have adopted 3 x ferrel cats living at our workshop, took all three of them to Hanleys for sterilisation and micro chipping. I needed to call them and ask about the weight of my cats for some medical treatment, they advised me they had forgotten to make a note of their weights. several weeks later I have found out the microchip on one of my cats has fallen out!!! try getting a ferrel cat back into a cage for another visit for something that should have been done properly in the first place GRRRR!!!!
