2 of our townhouses and one house were designed and drafted by Ausdraft. Giving the complexity of the rules and regulations in these 2 areas, Scott was able to design the properties in according to all the requirements. Despite large number of objections (22 and 12) received from our neighbours, we were successfully obtain permits from 2 different councils. We are very happy for their service.
