Have bought a few books from Fishpond before, no problems. Then ordered a book, out of stock, waited and waited for more news. They forgot about it! Took about 2mths to come, I asked them to improve their procedures to remind/check on orders. I could have bought it from a local store, but FP is free delivery!

Bought a set of suitcases from them, it was stylish, good quality and great price. Delivery was quick. No problems at all. Went off on my holiday looking good, feeling happy with my new luggage!

Had my hair cut there, talked to the person while I waited. It was for a trim & cut the split ends. Then when I went home, I found one side was shorter than the other. Went back the next day, and they fixed it. Prefer not to have to go back twice and get it done right the 1st time. Not always able to get the same person every time, so quality is not guaranteed.
