Purchased a voucher online to be emailed to my daughter for her birthday. It's half way through the day and voucher has still not arrived. When I rang the store to find out when we could expect it to arrive the sales person knew nothing about how vouchers worked and said her boss would call me when he gets in. I asked when he is due in, she didn't know!!!!!!
