This is the 2nd time I have used Local Moves in 3 years, this time was an interstate move. Shaun & Nathan were amazing, super friendly with 5 star efficiency. They worked quickly and were very careful with our belongings..everything arrived in tact! I joined The Pure Yoga nearly 3 months ago and I like to attend 4 - 6 classes per week. During that time my flexibility has greatly improved, I am more conscious of my posture and my body is changing shape in a way that I am delighted with.
Nubia, the main "Pure Yoga" instructor, is fabulous. Her extensive knowledge of mind and body is evident in every class she teaches.
Her wonderful sense of humour, combined with her dedication to correct movement and postures, makes each class a true experience.
The Pure Yoga is a wonderful Yoga School with a lovely community of like minded students, I am so pleased I discovered it !!!
