Starfish ELC @ Blackburn, Cathy & Team are so incredibly caring and inclusive. I couldn't imagine leaving my kids with anyone else, they are just like family. Both my children have enjoyed the opportunities offered to learn and grow in a safe & inclusive environment. Thank you Starfish xx
