We called into Bob's Barn a few weeks ago to look at the cubby houses. The place was shut but the displays were accessible. I personally was not happy with the wood of the cubbys. In a few places when the nails were the wood had split and the staples didnt look like they would last. The swing however did look quite good and would last my daughter for ever. On Wednesday I was nearby so I called in to ask about prices. The cubbys start at $1500. There was no price for the swing. Just now (2 days later) the boss bloke rang to tell me the price of the swing, $420.90. He said if I wanted the wood sanded I would be charged an hourly rate and it would be an expensive job. He did say that this wood does not contain any arsenic. Not sure about getting the cubby but might get the swing.

Approximate cost: $1500

When I moved to Loxton I went to insure my contents though my insurer that I had been with for 10 years. I was declined by them and 3 other insurance companies. The reason was that the house that I was renting was up for sale. I was trying to explain to them, if the house caught on fire, the land lord would be paid out from his insurance and I would lose everything. This isnt fair and a whole lot croc. Nearly 80 % of the rental properties in the riverland are for sale. I saw Mis insurance and went into see them. I explained what my dilemma was and within 10 minutes I was insured and by my same insurance company as before who said NO. My excess was a little higher but at least I was covered. I could understand they not wanting to insure contents when for sale houses are open to inspections and potential buyers want to look but at least cover us for everything but theft. I notified my housing manager at Ray White and she told all the tennents I also went and told A C Care and Families S.A. and S.A. housing to let future tennants know

My daughter is 6 and has been to the dentist about 5 times now. The last time she went here was the first time anything had to be done. No decays, but they did a treatment on her 2 permanent back teeth to help prevent decays. The first time she was so scared and crying but when we went back 2 weeks ago for the same treatment on the other 2 teeth up the top, she knew what was going to happen. When kids come to this dental clinic they try to make sure the kid sees the same dentist so they are familiar with them. Karen is really good she shows her the tools and explains how each of them work. Gave her praise for being so good and for brushing her teeth well. Karen asked her to brush so she could see and then showed her how to do it a little better. Only disappointing thing is that my daughter has never been given a toothbrush or tooth paste.

Aus nat is a small all Australian company producing all Australian handmade products. With the sales of the products she is promoting other small Australian businesses. The first time heard of them was when we bought our house, Robert from Elders gave us a gift basket of the products she promotes. We would not have known about Aus Nat or the other small businesses if it wasnt for him. We have purchased 3 baskets for relatives as Christmas presents. We will be getting a range of goodies for our long time doctor who is leaving our area. Products available are dried fruits, jams, choc coated fruits, different types of olive oils. Prices range from $5 upto $150. She will organize delivery through Aust post herself as she gets cheaper rates.

This is the first time we have ever used a conveyance r as we have never purchased a house. We had signed the paperwork for the house subject to finance. We had a problem with our deposit as we had just changed banks 6 weeks before and our money had to be in the bank for a minimum of 3 months, to prove it was our money and not given to us for the deposit. So this held up the paperwork at the conveyancer. When it was all approved she said we could be fined for something as we broke the law but didnt explain what it was. Beside transfer the deposit I dont know WTF they do. I wouldnt go back to her. It cost a lot of money for I really dont know what.

They are really good here. On the weekend my daughter cut her foot while we were on a week end away. She is only 6 so she was scared. They saw her right away. The doctor she had was really good with her and kept her relaxed and the nurses were excellent, they would chat with her to keep her mind off her foot. Thank goodness we had them that day. one of the counrty we used to go to didnt really seem to care about the patients, just push them through to get to the end of the day, so it was really good to see that they were not like that.

The pizzas are so tasty with lots of toppings on them. Some palces there isnt much on the pizzas. Lots of varieties to choose from. They were happy to put all the anchovies on 1/4 of the pizza just for me. It seemed like the workers enjoyed working there by their attitude The have specials during the week. The garlic bread had lots of flavour and cooked nicely. They seem to work fast and efficiently. We will be back next time we are down here.

We had tea here the other night. Not the best. Fried rice was tasteless. Meat was tough in my satay beef. It took a while to be served and always wanting to buy more drinks. We can only fir so much in. I asked if my daughter could eat her cheese burger as she doesnt eat chinese. I was told if she make a mess I will charge you $10. WTF. Prices a bit high. I dont mind paying more for my chinese food but it has to be good and the meat tender.

This is your only place you need to go to get your pet food. It has everything. It has all sorts of meats for cats and dogs, all the different seeds for birds, dry food for cats and dogs, chook food, even food for goats. We dont shop anywhere else for pet food. come here once and you'll probably come back. When we were there the other day we bought budgie food for our 2 budgies and a big bag of cat biscuits for the cats. The service was satisfactory.

The workers always give us friendly service. Great coffee and they stir the sugar in the take aways, a few of the places I have been to dont. Food is very nice but we have bought pies in the past that the have only just been warm, I guess thats due to them being busy and having to restock the pir warmer, and the prices are good. Food is always fresh and tasty. Plenty of car parking available.
