This is a quaint little cafe hidden among a residential street. I've visited here a few times for a drink, and the other day came for lunch. It was reasonably busy but the service was quick. The meals are priced on the higher side but kind of what you expect for a hip cafe. My only criticism is a few times I've arrived here and it has been closed, with no signage of why!

It's always busy here so you do need to book, and they have two sittings - we like to go in the 8pm one as it means you can stay as long as you like. They have a long menu with a huge variety of foods and I'd recommened getting the tapas to share. It is on the more expensive side but it is quality food.
It's a small place so often you need to wait for a table, but once you are seated the food is pretty quick. They have a great banquet type option, and it is BYO (although the BYO is a little high). The food is delicious, and there are great options for sharing.
White box noodles are great for reasonably priced takeaway! The noodles are always hot and fresh. We find one box of noodles can serve 2 adults so it is great value. I love the Sambal Udon.

I've only had takeaway here but it's always fantastic. Our favourite is the Carne pizza. They are always busy so you do need to order in advance (often an hour) but the food is always fresh and ready when they say it will be.
Suminato is a lovely Japanese restuarant. The decor is modern and looks classy with lots of oak. I've been here twice, on the first occasion we had a banquet which was very nice. It was served quickly (too quick if anything). The second occasion we ordered dishes to share with a group of 4. On both occasions the service was friendly and attentive.

We chose to do this cruise while at the West Coast and it was well worth the money spent (it's also in the entertainment book if you like a discount!). It starts at 8:30 and you don't get back until 3:30 so it's a full day. We stopped at Sarah Island where we had a 1 hour guided hour, and at heritage landing for a self guided tour. There was plenty of time to enjoy cruising along, and they played a video for the last hour. A buffet lunch was included where there was plenty of food for everyone, including smoked salmon and brie. The only thing I would say is make sure you take water with you as this isn't provided and must be paid for. Also tag a warm jacket as it's cold outside if you want to ride on the decks.

This is a dessert cafe that serves many sweet treats including cupcakes, macarons, super shakes, waffles, cake etc. The service is not great, on our last visit it was slow and then they made our order incorrectly so had to redo it. The food is super sweet so I didn't enjoy the brownie but the shake was pretty good. I don't rate it highly for a dessert place as everything looks nicer than it tastes unfortunately.

I've visited here a few times for an evening drink. The atmosphere is always really pleasant and they have indoor and outdoor seating. They always have a good range on tap including cider but are priced slightly above average.
This place is excellent particularly for breakfast or brunch. It gets quite busy and they don't take table bookings which can be annoying as you might not get in, and it's generally very loud inside. The meals are great though - the hollandaise sauce is the best and they do an awesome big breakfast stack.
