Find this company amazing - they ripped me off by charging me twice for an add, wouldn't refund but I get at least a call a month from people wanting me to advertise - I have asked them to take me off the data base but they keep ringing. While the women ringing have been lovely and I try to be polite, I am just so over them. Has anyone else had any luck getting their money back that they STOLE !!!

I have been ringing this company for over 6 weeks as they have taken 2 payments instead of one from my credit card. I got a reply the first time I rang with a great apology and they said they would be refunding the money - never happened. I continue to call each week, occasionally get an answer and they are always going to get back to me, never do. Going to Fair Trading . It might only be $200 but reading the comments, all those $200 certainly add up.

since writing this review I have gone to Fair Trading and while they were very helpful, this company is clearly dodgy and know what they are doing as I am in NSW I have to take action through Victoria. Feel it is not worth the money but as a group of very disgruntled business owners, perhaps we should consider this.
