Dont make the same mistake as us - make sure your roof restorer is a licensed roofer - not a licensed "painter and decorator". You can check this by entering the licence number 15106508 onto the QBCC website. The attached photos show where this company dishonestly charged us to change broken tiles including all hairline and small fractures but simply painted over the existing damaged tiles. They charged us for, but did not storm clip to prevent tiles from slipping and the roof pointing is not in accordance with QBCC standards and has separated, they painted right over air vents clogging them. They charged us for re flashing which they did not complete. This is a small sample of issues we have had with Right Roofing Restorations who ignored directions to rectify by the QBCC and we are now progressing a claim against them through QCAT. If you do by chance to do business with this company - ensure you ask to see the Certificate for the compulsory Home Warranty Insurance as they illegally did not take out the policy on our roof until busted by the QBCC for not doing so.
Don't dare to complain - you will be threatened.
I can only say BEWARE and AVOID - there are many professional and licenced roof restorers out there to choose from.
