Not at all. On vacate they came back with all these items they advised were not completed but would not provide photographs of the items, I provided all receipts and invoices, phone call and email logs with no response. I ended up having to take them to court to get my bond back (which found in my favour) They have quite a reputation for trying to withhold tenant bonds
