It has been a nightmare experience every time I've had to deal with the service departments at both Osborne Park and Cannington. This last experience was the worst. After being informed that the major service was included in my 5 year service plan when I booked the service (after I specifically asked if it was), I was shocked when I was told that it wasn't when I dropped the car for the service. After many phone calls and emails back and forth, Barbagallo claimed to have a phone recording which proved I wasn't advised that the service was included (which is untrue). So I asked for a copy of the audio - they claimed they don't share internal information. I then received a call form the [Repmoved name] who was rude, condescending and arrogant and definitely not interested in resolving the issue. When I asked how to lodge a complaint, he informed me to email it to him - like that's not a conflict of interest! I would NEVER recommend Barbagallo. Once you've bought the vehicle from them, they don't have time for you. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
