About two weeks ago I was served by a short lady with a head scarf and appeared to look very unprofessional when I asked about my daughters baby formula, when I approached her she was on her phone which appeared to be she was on Snapchat.

I do not respect unprofessionalism in a work place when a customer like myself asked politely a simple question and was given a rude look when interrupting her ‘leisure’ time on the work floor.

This is not the first time I have heard things about this young women as I had my wife come into store numerous times and was blatantly ignored as if he was not there. Please do something about this as you have lost a valued customer kind regards
