Purchased my new Mazda 3 sport from here 2 years ago. The purchase transaction proceeded quite smoothly. I was very chuffed to see it on display with balloons attached when I went to pick it up.
They are always very welcoming if I have questions about how my car works, including re-programming my blue tooth and updating my GPS navigation. When the car is serviced they thoroughly clean it much better than I am able to myself. The only difficulty I had was trying to book my car in for a service last time - no-one responded to messages left or my internet request for a booking time. However they more than made up for this on the day of service by servicing my car very promptly, explaining the service options in details and giving me a small discount due to the difficulty I had in booking it in. Thank you Mazda.

Charles has done a number of jobs for me at both my rental property and at my residence. One of the jobs was quite large (replacement of all my pipes from the fence line to the house) and several other jobs were smaller. He explains things comprehensively, is very reliable, friendly, professional and is reasonably priced. He also helped me out when I was left in the lurch by another tradesman. I can't speak highly enough of him and I would never use anyone else.

Delicious Thai food - have tried many different dishes here over the years and they have all been sublime. Have eaten here on many occasions when I am in Warrnambool. Friendly, prompt service. Very kind to my elderly mum. Reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

I engaged with this business, I asked to repair the concrete in my driveway after some plumbing work. I used him on recommendation from my plumber. Initially he failed to turn up. After being followed up he finally attended but left significant cracking in one area through which weeds can now grow. He repeatedly promised to return to fix it and never did despite repeated requests. He stated he could not provide a skip as it was full when he went to pick it up but maintained later he would later come and collect the rubble. He never returned and I was left with it plus a dead lawn where it had been. He was meant to clean up and never did. Concrete was left on the gate and picket fence and when I managed to later get it pressure cleaned, the paint came off so now I have to get that re-painted as well. Paid him cash in full as I was planning to be away so I only got half a job for full cash payment. My advice: don't believe what he tells you!
