I recently boarded my cat here for a few days. My cat has never needed a cattery before and I was very hesitant. We were assured that we'd get updates on how she was doing and a picture of her in her pen. While the staff were good, the cost was good and the cages are spacious and clean, I never received an update or a picture which was disappointing. I had to call them for an update. My cat didn't really enjoy the experience of being boarded for the first time either.
