Wonderful service,clean tidy premises,staff very friendly and rush to attend to you as soon as you enter. Go out of their way to make you welcome and bend over backwards to assist.

Our dogs are boarded there regularly and they really like it. The large dog knows where he is going and actually takes the assistant down the hallway.They also have all their regular care done there and the vets are very caring and up to the mark with the latest treatments. very good.

The store is well set out but the service is very poor.I waited at the counter with my selected purchase and was ignored until the assistant had finished her cleaning duties.I was pleased with the item I bought and the price but was not impressed with the level of service.

It is sometimes difficult to get hold of a staff member as the shop is always busy but once you get one, the service is excellent, the prices very good and the staff know their products well and can answer any questions you have.If you don't mind crowds, it's a great place for bargains.

Staff go out of their way to be helpful. Full range of collectible gift ware for all ages. Prices reasonable.They carry stock that is not easily found in most shopping centres.I enjoy going into their store

We have dealt from them for many years. Owners and staff always address us by name and are always very pleasant and friendly.Prices not as cheap as discount chemists but made up for by the quality of service.

Always have clothing that suit all age groups and sizes always spot op. Never have to shorten pants!!!.I go into my local store every week to check out whats new and if I'm in another suburb I always check them out as well. love the shop.Staff always helpful.
