I usually shop at JB Hi Fi at Miranda but recently tried this new store.

Compared to Miranda, this was a big improvement. The shop is bigger and less crowed and staff were easy to identify and find. Also, there are a lot of staff so I didn't have to wait 20 or 30 minutes for service.

It is not as easy for me to get to Caringbah as it is to get to Miranda, but I think I will make the effort.

This shop is crazy. It has a huge range of stock and is always buzzing with customers.

The big drawback is that it is hard to find anyone to assist you as they seem to be permanently outnumbered by 20 to 1.

Never-the-less, the products are good and the prices are low, and the specials are always good.

This is a general vet practice but with a specialty in reptiles and reptile care.

In the past I have taken bearded dragons and pythons there and Joseph was:

1. comfortable handling them
2. informed about their strange anatomy
3. able to diagnose and properly treat my animals.

He isn't my closest vet but it is well worth the extra drive when I need my reptiles seen to.

Dentistry is always expensive but teeth are important.

My mother started taking me to these dentists many years and I always feel safe and cared for there. The dentists are very good and I have never had any discomfort or pain.

The facilities are fresh and clean and the staff very helpful, and, there is always a tempting bowl of chocolate lynt balls on the counter.

I will keep going every six months, as I am supposed to.

This business provides currency exchange. It is conveniently located within Westfield Miranda.

The exchange rates are average but the commission / fee is much less than using a bank.

I always use this business to exchange money before and after my overseas trips.

This practice bulk bills all patients BUT it is a proper family practice, not a medical centre.

I am never rush out, always get as much time as I need and I like all of the doctors there.

On site pathology collection is also available, also bulk billed.

Appointments are needed but they always fit me in if I need an appointment quickly.

This a great local business. I have bought three guitars from there and had a few years of guitar lessons.

Adam and his team are really knowledgeable and helpful and I have recommended them to many of my friends.

Dr Wilkins is a Consultant Psychiatrist, so you only see him if you have to.

He treated me with respect and care and I would see him again if ever I needed to.

I have been a member here for a couple of years. I often meet my friends there for a game of pool, a beer and a chat.

The club is spacious and clean and the prices are good. The food is reasonably priced and I always enjoy myself there.

This is a small, family run corner shop. It carries all the essentials like fresh bread and milk plus a small range of other items.

It's much more expensive than a supermarket but absolutely fantastic when I have run out or milk or some ingredient in a half prepared recipe.

The staff are always pleasant and know where everything is.
