I have had my bathroom renovated by Mike who co ordinated the fit out. It was done in the exact time frame discussed and agreed upon. The price was competitive, older home so all tiles needed replacing plus sinks and mirrors, bath tub stayed, new shower installed. The trades men he engaged were clean and efficient. I have since had light fittings changed and lights/ceiling fans installed in a timely and cost effective way.

I have lived in my house for 27 years and have delayed installing a bedroom wardrobe in the main bedroom. The space left in the wall when building the house was an odd shape. The salesman Ian came to the house and spent quality time measuring and writing up the quote precisely. The wardrobe was installed just after the festive season and was done efficiently. The mirror was not the correct size due to a misunderstanding but the correct size was installed two days later at at time convenient to me. I have since had two more cupboards installed in the entrance area and laundry. The quality of the product is exceptional and out strips IKEA product which I have used previously. The whole process from office staff, salesman (who will come on the weekend or early morning or evenings, a great bonus for full time workers), installers and factory staff. The wardrobes are pressed on site. Very impressive company. All workers enjoyed working for this company, not a bad word was spoken. A rarity these days. I had a quote provided very competitive against three other quotes. I ordered the shutters for a bay window in the lounge, bathroom window & three bedroom windows prior to Christmas. It was explained to me that there would be a 2 to 3 month delay as the blinds came from China - no manufacturers left in WA. The blinds arrived in February and were installed in one installation period in half a day by a very professional contract shutter blind installer who spoke highly of the company. He re inforced my selection of Bas wood for the shutters. I believe I received a quality product for a competitive price. Time will tell how the blinds will with hold the climate and usage. The rooms look bigger with the white shutters and allows light to come through in a measured way. Very happy with the purchase so far.
