My experience has been quite exhausting. When I first arrived they were very happy to help to find my wedding dress. They offered me tea which was nice. But since I have paid my deposit they have been very unhelpful. I have to constantly call to see when my dress will be ready. I only have 8 weeks to go now and apparently it'll be here after the 22nd of feb. It doesnt give me a lot of time to do last fittings. They really need to get there act together and be a bit more organised

They helped me from the word go. They were very thorough in what they do suggesting various combinations of invitation color schemes. What I loved is that they didn't over charge me because I was getting supplies for a wedding
