Excellent response time got a quote in a few minutes. From there really good communication, letting me know the exact time the truck arrived without delays! The access at the new place was really tricky but the two removalists were able to find a great spot. They were also very professional, taking care and protecting my belongings all the way. Highly recommended! I don't want to move again, but if I do I would definitely use gold again.
