I am using it for arthritis in my lower back, a knee problem and also for my husband's recent elbow ligament injury. We are finding the pain relief absolutely marvellous. (My husband is a sceptical person, but I see him using it without me nagging!) The unit itself is light and easy to handle. I ceased taking pain relief midway through the first 21 days of use.
