First time, I booked the cleaners for my deep cleaning to arrive at 7am and was hoping they arrive a bit earlier. They arrived at 6:45 as I had hoped this made things easier. The were very professional and friendly. They got the job done on time and I was very happy to see my apartment in Southbank sparkling once again. Clean House Melbourne is the cheapest and best cleaning service in Southbank. I have used them many times now and I'm a very happy customer with my 2h weekly cleaning service that costs me only $30/h. Their cleaners always follow my to do list and they cover from bathrooms, kitchen, oven, vacuuming, mopping, laundry, ironing, windows, balcony... they never charge extra. Just their flat rate of $30/h. I love it and I highly recommend them. Now, Nancy, their head cleaner has my house keys, she comes once a week, does the job and go unsupervised. We don't see each others. we just communicate by sms. From time to time, she is able to do things that I have never asked for as a surprise for me. She is very proactive, quick and has a very big attention to details. Her standard of cleanliness and organisation is second to none. Thanks a lot Nancy & Mimmo (the admin guy).
