I am a very picky person when it comes to my eye wear and the staff were very helpful and all got involved in helping me select my new frames. The optometrist is friendly and explains changes and lense requirements so you can understand. Staff work to accomodate every budget

Andy the proprietor knows his stuff, he doesn't just sell books though he also offers exchanges for credit and he also sells model kits and all manner of equipment to help complete your model. He will also keep your name on a list for books your looking for and if they come in he will hold them for you. He put me down for John Marsden books and managed to acquire almost the entire collection for me. Some of his books are quite expensive however many of these are also out of print or extremely hard to get

My car was hit front passenger side and the dents were quite large, the paint was scraped back to metal and the trims and strips were ripped off - it was a mess. Within 3 days the car was better then new and the blokes chased around all manner of suppliers trying to find matching trims and were perfectionists. Service was great and they were even good enough to drop me home when I put my car in for the work to be done.

We purchased a mulching rover mower and they provided full assistance with deciding on the best mower for the job, they also do services and repairs. The staff are knowledgeable and approachable and friendly, they sell rideon mowers and push mowers everything you need and as far as price goes, well they are on par with all other sellers/dealers. We recently had our mower serviced and the rates were quite reasonable and they contacted us when it was ready for collection.

This bookshop is run by the Anglican diocese of Grafton and is staffed by members of the church these ladies are all so friendly and helpful and are happy to have a chat or leave you to peruse the shelves in solitude. They also order in items for you if they are able to source them and generally if WORD or Koorong have the item on sale they will get it in for the same price. I have purchased many special order items from them and the service is really good.

Fabulous designs. The minute you walk to the window you are met with a display of fabulous bridal designs in varying colours. I expected the prices to be really high but they were quite affordable and such good quality. We were shopping for a deb dress but the wedding gowns on the rails were gorgeous and I loved the detail work. The owner/designer is a lovely lady and couldn't do enough to help.

Staff are very friendly and go out of their way to get the information you need and provide the products required. They reserved 2 axolotls for me and contacted me when they came in, they also hunted round the store until they found an alternative feeder system for baby quail who insisted on drowning themselves in their water and feed bowls

Kelly is fantastic, the atmosphere in the shop is friendly and warm. Kelly is a whiz with scissors and an absolute colour master. She recently spent 2hrs doing my sisters formal hair and it was stunning, the amount of work she put in to the style, the fee was minimal. She is very moderate with her prices.

I love venturing into this store, the staff are always pleasant and helpful and are never too busy to investigate something for you and try to track it down. I went in to purchase a book series for my sister for christmas and they knew instantly what I was after and pointed me in the right direction. I have also in the past had to order in psychology text books and MYOB texts and the staff worked hard to track them down even providing me with contact details for other companies who may have been able to help track down what I needed.

The ladies are lovely, the food is perfect for a quick meal and the kids love it. The place may look dated however it is clean and all the surfaces are spick and span.
