I'm hugely disappointed. We requested a quote callback via their website in the new year, no response, left 2 messages on business voicemail, no response. Called to enquire about obtaining a quote, a bloke said just send the measurements and we'll send you how much it'll cost. Not responding 3 times to a customer enquiry seeking to do business with you, no matter how crazy busy you are is just plain bad professional courtesy and tells a story about you and your business model. Don't know of any business who can pass up a $30K job in these trying times but you're obviously making too much money to care.
