The whole process was very smooth; I received a quote promptly after my initial enquiry and then the actual work was done in a thorough manner. Any minor problems were resolved quickly and without fuss, and Avril and her team were friendly, polite and respectful at all times. I am very happy with the result - my house looks lovely!
