My husband and I were very impressed with the respectful manner and consideration given to our visit today. I was feeling very stressed because our RSPCA cat of 13 yrs old, let’s everyone know that she has ‘done’ these visits to vets many times in the past resulting in many operations due to neglect, before she joined our family. So, she planning a big demonstration of non compliance. Dr Hamish was faultless in managing me and my cat. His calmness and suggestions put me at ease immediately…..he was very patient and expressed an understanding of the overall situation well beyond his young years. Kathy is also an asset and treasure to the team as she reassured me before I arrived by ringing me unexpectedly at home …..which was a kind and thoughtful gesture and very much appreciated. The other staff are equally kind, friendly and very attentive, making the Rose Park Vet the best practice in Adelaide. A big Thank you to them.
