WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I am now in contact with Consumer Affairs, Victoria. I ordered carpet 22/2/2022. The site couldn’t process the PayPal payment (maybe should have set off alarm bells?). I rang on the Monday, paid via bank transfer. My husband got a call telling him the order had to be paid for, so he did. I rang and explained the error and was told I’d have it refunded. No refund, no carpet. 10 phone calls. 2 emails. Received a phone call on Tuesday, 29/3 telling me he’d had problems with messages and I’d be refunded and order would be sent with email and tracking number. NO REFUND, NO EMAIL, PROBABLY NO CARPET.
