Jai and his team at Astute Tiling did repairs to the outdoor area at our apartment including repaving, cleaning, grouting and sealing a complex spot. Jai was full of sage, practical and cost effective advice. They were professional, thoughtful, honest tradespeople who were always on time - yes on time! I cant recommend Jai more and will be coming back.
