The laziest most incompetent 'agents' I have ever come across in my life. No contact or feedback on attempts to lease my property for 8 weeks without my repeated follow up. Refused to put updated photos of the property up that were more recent than the original photos from 10 years ago. Stated it was too much work for them to be out of the office showing prospective tenants through my property and they simply couldn't afford it. Nothing says failing business and poor customer service like that attitude. They lost 4 properties from me as a result of their laziness. [Redacted] They may as well shut their doors and allow people who actually want to be agents, to do their job.
