Trevor was very knowledgeable. He provided a great service and advice. Trevor took his him to explain the mechanics around both my appliances, Bosch washing machine and Bosch Heat pump dryer. I was able to contact Bosch directly with his guidance and advice to repair my dryer that had an issue which was covered under manufacturer’s warranty.
