We were refered to Anne & David @ Oakdale by a friend, for the care of my grandad. From our first interaction Anne and David were extremely warm and caring. They talked through our options so I felt informed to make desisions during an emotional time. They were also readily available whenever I needed to talk. At no point did they try to upsell or increase costs. Most importantly they took the time to understand who my grandad was so we could tailor the personalised arrangements to create something he would have loved. They looked after him and all elements of the service and cremation in a caring and respectful way, making what was an emotional time as easy as possible.
