We engaged LS Roofing & Guttering to undertake some preventative maintenance to the Colorbond roof of a property we purchased. We dealt with Michael and he provided a great service. He kept us informed, answered all of our questions, and clearly explained the potential issues such as colour matching to an existing faded roof. He was always punctual or called in advance if there was likely to be a hold up. Most importantly he made sure the small details were covered, which are often overlooked and cause issues later.
