This team knows what it's doing. They installed my antenna with an amplifier a couple of years back, and it's still working strong, even though I live in a corrosive beach area. Recently I was having reception difficulties with a new PVR and rang Susan, who was very articulate in explaining my options. She then sent Lance out to investigate with his high-tech equipment. The result being the new PVR was at fault, not my antenna. So I bought another brand and am very happily viewing and recording my shows. Thanks Antenna Masters.
