I took my laptop in for viral repairs after being ripped off by someone else, TET gave great service, very quick repair time (next day) very reasonable cost and honest advice. I will be recommending them to others.

I took my laptop in for repairs - firewall not working properly and infected by viruses - when I picked it up he promised me it had been fixed and said he had done a few extra things as well and charged $200 odd; when I got home I found nothing had changed and still infected by viruses. . I queried the bill and he said he charges $80 per hour for each hour he worked on it. Will never waste my time nor money with him again. This pseudo business is a rip-off and should not exist. I subsequently took it to a legitimate repair shop in Castlemaine (Top End Technology, Castlemaine, see separate review) they repaired it for $100 with no bullsh#t and no problems.
