Rachel is very warm and friendly in her manner. She's a nice person. She is very caring of me as a patient and has always been very careful to avoid causing pain. I like that. She talks you through the procedures so there are no surprises. She is careful to avoid any toxic substances so she is alternative in this regard. I appreciate that. At the same time she appears to be a very professional and committed dentist. The practice is peaceful and welcoming. She seems to have a good relationship with her staff. The cost is high but isn't all dentistry and in the end you get what you pay for - a professional service, personal and caring approach and someone who cares about the chemicals you and she is being exposed to. It is great value having her look after my teeth and she offers real empathy (as being in a dentist's chair is not something I relish but with Rachel I feel confident I am being looked after and that she cares). Rachel is rightfully very proud of her work - I am sure that if I went to another dentist they would praise her technical skills - especially the crowns she has done for me. I would highly recommend Rachel and her team.
