My car was serviced, within 2 weeks I noticed oil all over my rear diff the plug was leaking now b and J are the only people that have tampered with it on services. They replaced the faulty washer which they would have checked when serviced, this service cost over $600 and now they wanted to charge me again for fixing the faulty washer which wasn't leaking before the service after a semi heated conversation with the young lady she seeked guidance from her manager who withdrew the charge now I am somewhat reluctant to return for services if they are going to pull these stunts.
