I have only been going for 2 weeks, I have already lost 16cms and 1/2 kilo, my aim was to simply reduce cellulite so i am thrilled that i have also managed to reduce cms, weight, and reduce cellulite as well as significant cm's loss to my calves and toning. A great result for a very short period of time with little alteration to my lifestyle.
