I experienced a cockroach problem last summer and these guys were professional, courteous and prompt. They carefully explained that the cockies may appear for a week or so after and then they disappear. Sure enough, hey presto, true to their word, spot on. Twelve months is up, a friendly reminder and an occassional big one is calling around to "say hello", no doubt his smaller mates will join in. Time to book another appointment. Top job guys !
