Just exchanged on two properties in Sydney.

Merna was extremely fast, efficient, thorough and professional. I engaged Merna on Saturday and we exchanged 6 days later. I wrote her a 50-question email and she came back on every single question within a few hours. She worked over the weekend and negotiated extremely effectively with the vendor's team.
