Always a familiar face at the front desk with either Monica- Di or Kath helping my family with a smile and never too much trouble to squeeze us in if needed-With covid the girls have had alot of stress with the phones never stopping and i have noticed the patients have become more demanding but the girls handle it all so well and they are a credit to the centre-without them it would just be an unfriendly reception office.
