AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I have been using Sendle for my small business for months now. It's a great service. I haven't had a single issue until now...
Nearly all my parcels that get collected and sent out have been through Courier Please and usual get delivered to my customers the day they are collected.
For this reason I continue to use the great service.

When I had a batch of parcels ready for pick up and I noticed one of them was assigned to Fastway, I knew it would be trouble before anything even happened.

That day, all but one of my parcels were collected and arrived to my customers on the same day. The Fastway parcel, was never collected. It was reassigned to be collected the following day. The next day, the parcel still was not collected. This was a Friday so now my parcel would sit over the weekend. I reported the issue through Sendle. It was then reassigned to be collected today and guess what!? STILL HAS NOT BEEN COLLECTED.

This company doesn't even deserve one star. Avoid at all cost. I have now offered my customer a refund for the constant delay and no one has been held accountable yet.

The company has also never contacted me informing me of any issues with the pickup. And they never will. Because Fastway will never call you. You call them and get spoken to like everything is somehow your fault.

Simply avoid them and save yourself and your customers the hassle.
