I purchased a property recently that already had a alarm system installed. I did not know anything about the system and called a few different companies. Each tech told me that I needed to upgrade to a new model as the one that I had was too old and no manuals were available. Being a first home buyer I obviously did not want to spend any extra money on replacing the alarm system. I called Eagle Security who sent out a fantastic tech who was very helpful and was able to fix the alarm and show me how to use it. Very happy, its nice to find a company that isnt interested in just selling upgrades!
